How we work
We develop programmes with our clients, not just for our clients. We use theatre and drama to inspire people to engage creatively with characters who present authentic emotions, attitudes and behaviours. This leads to greater understanding of who we are and how we interact at work.
We have created a DVD case study to show you how we work. You can view a clip below:

There are five phases to our work:
Understanding
We work closely with our clients to understand their business and where their challenges lie. This may involve observation, discussion or workshop sessions with staff. The more we learn about our clients, the more we can identify opportunities for change and development.
Developing
Our work is as unique as our clients themselves and, although key themes are often common to a range of clients, we tailor each of our programmes to address the specific issues and challenges identified.
Delivering
Once we've identified what’s required and devised an intervention to help achieve it, we then deliver. Our work directly engages all participants – listening, questioning and challenging.
Assessing
Tangible results are as important to us as they are to our clients. Each project is followed up by an assessment meeting – a frank and open discussion about what we've done and what has been achieved, what has still to be achieved and clarification of the next steps.
Sustaining
Our work doesn’t necessarily end with the delivery of a programme or event. We work closely with our clients to make sure that key messages are reinforced and evaluated. Through one-on-one coaching and follow-up sessions, we can ensure that the change you require is there to stay. We develop lasting relationships with our clients; over 80% of our work is repeat or referred business.
