“Who Cares?” has been created by us in collaboration with nurses from the Older People’s Directorate, NHS Lanarkshire (funded by NHS Quality Improvement Scotland).  It is designed for Team Leaders to use with their staff to explore what it means to ‘care with dignity’.  The point is to enable frontline staff to take ownership of the process by which standards of care are improved.

The DVD contains scenes, character interviews and interviews with staff and older people.  This material is designed to provoke discussion on a wide range of issues relevant to care staff (e.g. leadership, team working, conflict management, zero tolerance policies).  You decide how you want to use it, but there’s a comprehensive facilitation guide to help you.
