The focus of this year’s annual Staff Development Conference, organised by the Leadership Foundation for Higher Education, is storytelling.  The aim is to enable organisational and staff developers to explore how best they can use narratives in their work.  We’ve been asked to enliven delegates in advance by telling a story on-line. 

In the run up to the conference, delegates will be able to access weekly episodes of “Foul Whisperings” in the form of video and diary extracts on the Leadership Foundation website.  The story will culminate with live performances at the conference itself in November.
