Our work in the health & social care sector

We have extensive experience in applying our processes to support health & social care staff to develop their work practice.  We have, over time, developed a range of learning resources and materials.  Here is a summary of what we can provide with links to areas of the website where you can find more information.

We can help you by providing:

  1. workshops to develop skills, knowledge and understanding around conflict management, dealing with difficult situations, management development, leadership and diversity (see e.g. handling violent and aggressive situations and  “I don’t know how to talk about it“);
  2. events that engage diverse groups of staff in issues around the experience of patients and visitors and the evaluation and development of service (see e.g. The Woman on the Trolley);
  3. learning resources (e.g. audio, video, DVDs) and facilitation materials to support internal learning & development provision (see e.g. Who Cares?,  Catch My Eye, Ilene’s Story and Night and Day);
  4. facilitation for practice development (including action learning & coaching) (see Connect in Care and Promoting Nutrition).

If you’re interested in discussing any of this further, please get in touch with me.
