Tips for Serious Play: the ‘story postcard’

In some work environments it’s particularly important for workers to stay alert for signs of ‘trouble’ so that they can respond proactively.  This is certainly the case in environments where there are potential health, safety or care hazzards (social care, health care, construction sites etc).

We ran two demonstration sessions on Safety Leadership for the Grampian Occupational Safety & Health Group in Aberdeen on 26th May.  They were attended by health & safety professionals, managers and operatives from across the construction sector.
