Culture Change

“I could relate each of the characters to people here, including myself...”

Culture change involves organisational development aspects (strategies, policies, systems) and aspects to do with people (attitudes, behaviours, values, leadership and management styles).  Both need to be addressed in order for culture change to succeed.

We focus on the people issues and will support you by:

  • working with the executive team to create and communicate a vision for change – view A Place to Grow;
  • developing the understanding and skills needed among managers and staff to achieve culture change – view The Old and The New;
  • communicating to staff the ‘direction of travel’ and capturing hearts and minds – view Behavioural Safety: Safe as Houses
  • improving relationships with customers and suppliers – view Health & Social Care
