Who Cares? was created with nursing staff from NHS Lanarkshire Older People’s Directorate to support them to raise standards of care for older people. It explores the meaning of ‘dignity’ in a ward setting through interactions between staff as well as between staff and visitors/patients. This is a free resource for NHS Scotland and, since its creation in 2008, it has been widely adopted across education, hospital and community care settings.
