Who has the right to free speech at work? This interactive play was originally written to show the conflict between two pieces of legislation, each of which is designed to support an individual's right to free expression: one relates to a person's religious and spiritual beliefs and the other relates to a person's sexual orientation.
This play explores what happens when an evangelical Christian works alongside an openly homosexual man. This play is one of our most popular diversity pieces. It presents a situation which is very difficult (if not impossible) to resolve and thus offers managers a complex problem to get their head around.
