Esther

Esther trained as a social scientist, specialising in work culture and communication.  The focus of her PhD was negotiation in the context of industrial relations.

From her research in the NHS she became interested in how people learn and develop at work.  She has led many action research projects to support practice development within health and social care.  This work involves understanding individual and cultural change in the context of complex, hierarchical organisations.  She has published articles on this subject as well as developing training materials which show how to use stories to initiate change.

In 2009 she completed her training as a Gestalt Therapist and runs a small private practice.
